Thank you for your interest in placing an order with RS Designs. We hope that you do choose RS Designs to create the design that will make yours a stand-out website or blog. Be assured that, should you select RS Designs to create your design, we will work closely with you to create a design that reflects both you and your site.

Please note: we absolutely refuse to design for websites or blogs with adult content or any other content we deem objectionable.

RS Designs offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you are not 100% happy with your final design (before installation), we will promptly refund your money, less any amount used to purchase images or other items specifically for your design. Once a design is live, you have accepted the design, and this guarantee no longer applies.

Please review the following terms and conditions.

• By entering into business with RS Designs, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
• You agree to allow RS Designs to link to your website and/or include a screen shot or an image of your design on this site if we so desire.
• Although this is a work-from-home business, the designers do have families to care for; therefore, please understand that we work during the standard Monday through Friday business week, and each individual designer sets her own business hours.
• If your project’s deadline requires a designer to work outside of her normal business hours, a rush fee (30% of the order total) will apply.
• While we strive to quickly complete orders, RS Designs does not guarantee a time frame to complete your order. All time frames given are estimates only and are subject to change.
• Orders are put in queue according to when payment is made.
• Payment is due before the design is begun; absolutely no work will be done until payment has been made.
• RS Designs accepts payment via PayPal only unless prior arrangements have been made on an individual basis. You need not be a member to make a payment through PayPal.
• Header and package pricing includes a set number of photo credits from Istockphoto, Stock Expert, or 123 Royalty Free. Additional credits may be purchased at your expense.
• The licensing and copyright terms of any image provided to RS Designs by a client for use in a design remain the sole responsibility of the client.

The Design Process:

• After reviewing the Terms of Service, e-mail your order to admin@designsbyrs.com. Please specify if you wish to work with a particular designer.
• We will respond with payment instructions and a questionnaire for you to complete and return.
• Once we receive your payment and completed questionnaire, we will place your order in queue and give you a target start date for beginning work on your design.
• Once we begin working on your design, we will create designs for your review.
• After reviewing the designs, you let us know if you are satisfied or would like to make some changes.
• If changes are requested, we make them and send you a revised design to review.
• This process continues until you are completely satisfied with your design.
• Upon your approval of the design, we will install it if ordered.
